Bill Alter seemed to know exactly what we needed and what price we wanted to pay. He only called when he had what he thought we would like. It took two times and we met out new, used car. Bill explained the car from radio to on-star to seat removal to gas mileage. He let us make up our own minds about buying or not buying. What a sweet and professional man. We found a friend at Mike Anderson Chevrolet. We will be back for our next vehicle and will definitely ask for Bill.

My wife and I stopped in to look at trading our 2007 dodge van in for a Chevy traverse Lawrence greeted us and was very pleasant to work with and was very accommodating with our kids.
