Stay away from this dealership. They use false advertisement to get you to test drive a car (free gas card with a test drive, then they don't give you one). Then once they get your information, they call you repeatedly, several times a day, for over a month. If you block their number, they will call you from another number. Would never buy a car from them again! My 19 year old son worked very hard and saved his money to get a vehicle to get around to with and school. Long story short less than 30 days later the car needed this major work done that they refused to fix because we didn't have an extended warranty(something they didn't offered him)
One star is to many , but they didn't have negative stars rating !!!! Made up my mind to buy either orange camaro or yellow camaro that they had on used lot before I even went to this dealership . Got there and salesman tried selling me everything on lot except for one of the the two cars I drove several miles to buy. The general manager and sales person lose their tempers when a woman decides to further think about purchasing a new vehicle? That is a big decision and we watched their unprofessional sales team literally throw a fit. We will not be buying from them. To have watched this tells me their customer service is to be questioned.
Mike Anderson was recommended to me by many members of my family who have purchased cars here and I am glad that they did. Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They worked with me to get the car I wanted at the price I was looking for!!!
