Lisa is always super-helpful when I get my car serviced. Recently, she and Kerry Triplett went above and beyond to get my car repaired, due to a factory-flawed part. I truly appreciate the special service I receive by both Lisa and Kerry. It is because of the two of them that I will continue to give Mike Anderson my business. I have sent several family members and friends to Mike Anderson to purchase their vehicles, and have them serviced. Great work, girls.
I've never seen a dealership with such a big surplus. I drove over two hours and I was not disappointed. Jeff and Tom both made sure I didn't leave there without a new car. This is by far the best dealership I have dealt with. Lawrence was more than helpful, not pushy but very informative and very responsive to our needs. The managers and all the others that we talked to, and dealt with, were very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Was shopping for a new vehicle, but was unsure of what type. Visited several dealerships in the area and finally landed at Mike Anderson. Lawrence was the first person to greet us and show us the Impala on the showroom floor. He was very polite and professional. Lawrence even stayed after he was supposed to be off to help get the deal done. First experience with Mike Anderson and Lawrence Phillips but can honestly say I would buy a car from both again.
By far the best experience when buying a new car. I would make the 1 hour and 45 minute drive again to deal with this dealership. Don't change anything. I was a loyal Saturn owner; over the last 20 years I bought three Saturns, one Chevy and one Oldsmobile and had all of the serviced at the Saturn dealership. When GM closed Saturn down I really wondered if I could find a dealer / service center that treated me as well as Saturn had. I was waited on by Kerry Triplett at Mike Anderson Chevy and she was very nice. She was patient with my husband and I on choosing the perfect car. She is also very accurate on the information she gave us. She even took the time to help us with the features in our new vehicle and helped us remove our items from our old car to the new one.
