mean, unprofessional, and over priced – my fiance just left mii's bridal salon in tears. from the moment she walked in, they were rude and unprofessional. they took measurements for alterations on her wedding dress, and then quoted her a price that was way too high, so she decided not to get the dress altered there. when she told mii that she would not have the work done there, mii proceeded to yell at her to give her the pins back and proceeded to physically rip the pins out of her dress, snagging it in several places in th... read more

Their Poor Quality Work ruined my First Dance!! – I just want to say that I was extremely disappointed about their service and the quality of their work. They practically ruined my first dance because the bustle they put on my gown fell off right before we entered into the reception and our first dance. Not good – Rude My mother and i went to Miis the end of 2008. I like all Brides are not sure what Gown look good so we started trying. We had a wonder sales lady by name of sandra that was so very helpfull. She ask you things about your special day that will help you with your selection. Your BIG DAY is coming up... – Your BIG DAY is coming up and you have found the perfect dress! You can't image finding another dress that will fulfill your expectations. The staff at Mii's begin to measure and your pin your dress to make the necessary alterations. Even though they tear a few sequence in the process, they promise to repair each one so that it is perfect. You are told to come back for a 2nd fitting in a few weeks. They request 1/2 the money up front and 1/2 when you pick up.....sounds sensible. But beware........ read more

Stay Away! – I had purchased a wedding gown in a different state and had checked with Mii's before the dress arrived to be sure they were able to help with any alterations. They stated that this was fine. When the dress arrived, I took it in, tried it on. Mii and I agreed on what needed to be done to the dress, she gave me the date it would be ready, and I paid in advance for the alterations. The dress was ready on the day promised. Horrible Service – We had gone to Mii's a couple times to try on some different bridesmaids dresses and we had originally felt that their service was ok so we would probably order from them. However, we went there recently and were going to be picking which dress we wanted but as we were trying them on we were kicked out of the dressing room. Good Selection – Great service and great selection; the owner is willing to negotiate pricing and give you a good deal. However, I was uncomfortable with the language barrier and decided to pay a little extra and order from a different shop.

Mii Fell Short on This One – If you use Mii shop, please make sure she is listening thoroughly with what you want & need. Mii said it will take 3 weeks for the dresses to come. It was four weeks and I paid for a rush delivery. OK four weeks are much better than six. So I didn't say anything. Mii measured my sister & daughter so when the dresses arrived in the correct sizes we can have them altered. Dresses came and Mii gave my daughter 2 inch heels to see where she should place the pins to cut the dress. My sister came in la... read more
