Great Customer Service – i walk into miis bridal salon on saturday mornning looking for my wedding dress it was so busy but i was treated like if i made an appoment that day i met with nicole she was so helpfully and nice she ask me what was i looking for i told her i wanted a big wedding dress she pick out a couple so did i we tryed on at least about 20 dress she didnt mind at all i went to other bridal salon and only could try on a few wedding dress i finally made up my mind am planing on going back to order .I want to let... read more
HAPPY 2010 BRIDE – I SEACRH EVERY WHERE LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT WEDDING GOWN I STOP AT MIIS BRIDAL SALON AT THERE NEW LOCATION OMG.... Check them out. – My experience with have been nothing but good. I gotten many altered there over the year and each Mii's have done it better and often times cheaper than their competition and believe me when I say that. I've tried the competition and let me tell you they don't hold a candle the quality and value of the work they do at Mii's. Almost panicked when they moved nice to know it was only doen the road.
GO VIST MII'S BRIDAL SALON – I TOKE A VIST TO MIIS BRIDAL SALON THESE PEOPLE ARE SO NICE .THESE REVIEWS ARE NOT TRUE MIIS BRIDAL HELP ME OUT SO MUCH .MY DRESS WAS READY IN TIME .AND THE STAFF THERE WAS SO HELPFULLY .SO I WOULD GO BACK THERE . Nothing BUT Frustrating – I, like so many others, had my first encounter with Sandra. She was wonderful, helpful, and you can tell she really likes what she does. The others, not so much. The dress came in on time, but the day I went back to pick it up, I was alone in a dressing room with no assistance to get into my dress. Then I was asked to step out onto the floor for alterations, despite not having any of my undergarments or the shoes I ordered with me. Sales associate helpful – I met with Sandra who was very sweet and helpful. The dynamic between the owners (Mii and her husband?) and the sales associates was clearly not normal. The owners seem a little abrupt although I did not deal with them directly. Sandra did her best to take me through the dresses I chose to try on. This was not the best service I have ever had, but not the worst either.
Tears – I walked into Mii's salon three weeks ago to have my wedding dress altered. When I walked through the door I had to introduce myself and greet the workers there. When they found out that I would have to get my dress altered two sizes smaller they escorted me to one of the dressing rooms. I was quoted a reasonable price so I felt relived. Mii's Bridal Salon – I saw Mii's Bridal salon as I was leaving my spa treatment next door and decided to check them out for a dress to my daughter's wedding. I met Sandra who was very helpful and friendly and who showed me a dress that I liked but I decided to check out other locations before making a decision.
