**TERRIBLE PEOPLE*** The owners are RUDE!!! They are extremely unorganized and are a total rip-off. If you are going to spend the same amount of money, as if you were to spend at a nice boutique and get great service and good quality then don't even consider this place. They are beyond the meaning of rude. They loose receipts and harass you to pay twice for receipts they misplace. RUDE! I went here looking for a wedding dress. I would NOT recommend this store. Horrible customer service. I felt like I was being hawked over by the older Asian women working there. She kept following me and my friends around the store. She was also very rude, I was looking at a dress and she walked over to me and said "that dress isn't your size". I was actually there with 3 other girls, so it could have been for either of us. The women actually told me a dress I was looking at cost a lot, as if I could not afford it.
Awesome Experience! – My experience of renting a tuxedo with them was the best customer services experience I've ever had. They were extremely accommodating and understanding. Had a chance to speak with the owner and found him very friendly and courteous. I would definitely go there again and recommend this place to other. By the way, They're located at 10616 Garland Rd. now.
Genuine, Sincere & Caring Owners – My fiance and I went to this shop because it is a family run business. Mii was the sweetest and most caring business owner I have come across in a long time. They were able to accomodate my fiance with a beautiful wedding dress at an outstanding price. All aspects of her attire for our special day were addressed and taken care of by Mii. I went on a seperate occasion shortly after, to get my tuxedo and whatever accessories would be necessary for me to be looking sharp on our wedding day. Th... read more
