I called during the week to make an appointment and told them it was with Insurance. Not once was I asked for the insurance information. I showed up to the appointment with my 3 kids on 3/30/19 @ 10:30 only to be told that they put me down as Medicaid and they couldn't verify on a weekend (which is so not true bc I've worked at a dentist before and you sure can verify on weekends). Now I've lost time at work and kids weren't even seen. HORRIBLE customer service.
Everyone is very professional and nice when we visit here. I'm that mom that has a "few" questions and they're always great at giving the time needed. I'll definitely keep using them!

My daughter had the BEST experience. The dentist was kind, caring, and she genuinely loves what she does. She takes her time with each patient so they can feel more comfortable. I like that she helps you understand what the procedures are and why they're necessary. This office is amazing. I recommend it to anyone in need of a dental office.
They are really nice when it comes to dealing with younger kids. They explain everything they’re gonna do. The service was good. I recommend it to everyone
