Great! Got us right in. Very compassionate with our elderly lab. Reasonably priced. A rare thing in Chesterfield when it comes to veterinary care. And available 24 hours.
We had to rush our furbaby here early in the morning on Wednesday. Our sweet boy did not make it. But I would like to personally thank the outstanding staff who did everything they could to bring our angel back. I have never seen so many strangers care so much and be effected just as deeply over an animal they never had the pleasure of really meeting. I took my 18 yr old dog Mitzi to MVRC for an eye problem because they have an opthamologist on staff. They diagnosed her with glaucoma. Not wanting to do surgery because of her advanced age, they prescribed a protocol of eye meds. Within a month her eye improved dramatically! She showed no signs of swelling or pain. Sadly, I lost Mitzi on Thanksgiving eve. But I'm very thankful that I went to MVRC and we were able to get her condition manageable enough for her to enjoy her last few months here. I just want to thank the entire staff here for being as excellent as could be imagined. Judge was the best dog in the world and they treated him and us with more love and compassion than I could imagine. You guys really are the best.
We love Dr. Buss. We have done business with MVRC for a couple years and have spent over $15,000.00 there with our rescue. While on our first whole vacation in 6 years a dog they had been treating successfully for over a year got sick again and it is their policy to force you to be there in person to sign your credit card slip, even if they know you....Though we explained our situation we were told take her somewhere else.
