I found the people not to friendly and the building a bit cold atmosphere I think it was not for me and my pet
I brought my 5 year old miniature dachshund in this morning after he had a scary episode of what we now think may have been a seizure. The staff was very kind and took great care of him. The Doctor was very thorough in her exam and she took the time to answer ALL of my questions. I was very thankful and impressed with the care we received at this facility.
I've brought my dogs here for emergencies with great results...so I decided to use Dr Mahn as my dogs general surgeon for a small tumor removal. BIG MISTAKE! He was an arrogant prick, it was the worst suture job I've ever seen (I work in an OR) and when I asked him to look at the wound a week later because it wasn't healing well due to his gapping suture job (he literally saw my dog for 30 seconds) I was charged $91. Wonderful Veterinarians, excellent staff, excellent follow-up care. Can't ask for more.
The staff was so compassionate and caring towards our Pit Bull, Rosco. His surgery went well and within 2 weeks he was back to his normal mischievous self! I would definitely recommend MVRC and would not hesitate going back for any future emergencies.
I brought in my 16 year old kitty for an emergency. I knew it was likely her time but it still wasn't easy. Every one at MVRC was quick, thoughtful and kind. Although I was a big mess throughout the process I appreciated all they were trying to do for her. After all that, I was surprised and grateful at the token sent to me in a condolence card from MVRC. I will forever treasure my paw print. I wouldn't wish the experience on anyone but if you need the help - there is no better place to go.
