Staff is caring and treats each animal as if it were their own. They were able to save my baby once several years ago and did all they could for what was his last visit. I know I completely fell apart when Tidbit's heart stopped and don't remember much after ... except I was welcome to stay and say as long of a goodbye as I needed. I received the most sincere pet loss card (handwritten) that offered as much comfort as it could for having to say goodbye to Tibby. Was fast to get my pet into the clinic and settled for the night. Also VERY professional with everything. High quality care and my puppy was wagging his tail coming out, which tells me he was taken great care of and was top of the line care!!!! Also was very happy for a call from the doctor of an update on my boy letting me know he did well all through the night. Was helped with my sick cat from the moment I entered. Wonderful staff and very clean. Helped my pet feel better and kept me at ease very thankful for the after hours care!
My Beary had developed a significant mass after having a severe pancreatitis episode. We drove over 2 hours to get there. They did an ultrasound, performed a biopsy on the mass and confirmed it to be a cyst typical with severe Pancreatitis. Extremely professional and caring. Up front with all costs before doing anything. I will go back if needed.
