I spent numerous nights and days here a couple of summers ago. The staff was extremely friendly and informative in our dogs time of need. They made everything much easier for us and were an amazing facility to go to for emergency & specialty procedures.
My dog was misdiagnosed with an aggressive form of melanoma, when she actually never had cancer and I had her nose removed unnecessarily! My poor dog I've put her through all of this for something that could have been easily taken care of.
These gals and guys hands down are my favorite vet. They treat our babies like they would their own.
Our family cannot thank your staff enough for all of your love and care during our baby boy Frazier's last days! You went above and beyond to make sure we fully understood everything that came our way and made us so comfortable when we had to make such a horrible decision. Thank you all again so much. We received the beautiful card and his paw print today. It made it easier Love the Schmidt and Herman family!
I can't give people any bigger warning than the below. This all started on Fri 12/5, we had to rush my cat to the clinic in the middle of the night. She didn't make it, so we had the clinic send her out to be cremated. The girl that helped us that morning was Very sweet and understanding, she's the only good thing i can say about this place. Dr. Nathan Kice and the Opthalmology team are really great! They make the pets and people happy and comfortable.
Love this place:-) Dr Buss the best...all the employees very helpful, compassionate. Even when you go for emergency vist to a simple call regarding your pet well being. I wish doctors office for us would take note. Love, Sonny, Lucy and Spencer Oh, and yes how they talk to my pets and the♡ they show towards them..
