The staff is friendly..efficient ...do not feel like they are rushing you along..everyone smiles Dr Berend is extremely knowledgeable...conservative...cares about his patients
I had Dr. Michael Berend back in 1999 when he did a total hip replacement on me at the Old Kendrick Memorial Hospital which also had the Hip and Knee Surgery Center and in 2015 he did a partial knee replacement on my right knee and both are doing very well. I would prefer him over any orthopediac surgeon as I know his quality care and caring personality makes it all the worthwhile to go through the recovery process.
Dr. Berend and his team are amazing! After years of seeing doctor after doctor and several surgeries Dr. Berend was quick to help. I had a full knee replacement a month ago and already feel better than I have in years! He and the whole staff are phenomenal!! I'd refer anyone to him and the facility!
LOVED THIS PLACE!! Everyone was so nice and doctors and nurses were very respectful!!!
Dr Berend is the best surgeon going. I had a partial knee replacement. My new parts fit perfect the first time. It has been a year now and no problem. If my other knee should give me a problem I will get it replaced. It is well worth a few weeks of down time.
Dr. Berend and Kurt Kramer and the rest of the staff are organized, professional and provide superior care. Highly recommend them!
