This place is great. The staff is what keeps you coming back. They are amazing with all my furry family members. They love what they do and they care about your pets and your feelings. They have always given my pets the very best love and care that they could give.
The people are very friendly and answered any questions we have about our Lilah and Leo we loved the vet office.
Dr. Poutous and all his staff are the best in town! We are on a budget but we still want to make sure our animals are taken care of and MVH works with us to make sure my babes get the care they need. They always keep us informed on whats going on and you never feel pressured to get unnecessary tests. You can tell they love what they do. Thank you all for keeping my babes healthy and happy!! �
I can’t express our heart felt feelings in what you did for Lucy Doe today. It restored my faith in humanity. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping her. Your selfless actions at least gave her a chance. I can only pray for more people like you!!!
I chose this veterinarian because my mom went to them years ago, plus they were close by. They treated Puck, my dog, wonderfully. They made a fuss over her (she was very scared), and the doctor even got on the floor to examine her to make her more comfortable. One thing I thought was great was that they printed out an estimate of what they wanted to do and explained everything. They even updated her tags while we were there. I'll always use them and recommend them to everyone.
You can't ask for a more caring staff than those at Midway. They develop strong bonds with owners and pets alike. To us they are family.
We brought our American Bulldog in about a month ago with a lump on her leg, the vet staff here was amazing! They listened to our concerns and helped us to understand our options for treatment. When the time came to make the ultimate decision to get end her pain and suffering (7/17/17)they supported our options. They explained to us what would happen when we went thru with the euthanasia process. They did not rush us to say our good byes and after she was gone they didnt rush us to leave her either.
