Dr.Starke is amazing. He actually spends time with us and doesn’t make me feel awkward for asking so many questions. All the staff is so kind and helpful. February 14th we brought home our first puppy a black lab. I’ve brought Chevy here every month and this office is truly loving & caring. With this being my first dog I’m blessed to have such wonderful people help me with him. I highly recommend this office. They are very affordable and do not try to take advantage of you. I will continue to bring my baby here!
In a panic, I came in this morning with my dog who’d gotten very sick over the course of the evening. They saw her even though they were super busy and she didn’t have an appointment, and they got her all fixed up. Thank you guys for what you do!
Went to them because they were the closest vet to me that took care of exotic pets and our ferret got attacked by a dog. They never once made us feel like it was our fault and even took a picture of her and text it to us after surgery. An unfortunate circumstance brought us to them but their warm and loving hearts is what will keep us coming back.
Some great people here!! I had some issues at another vets office with my dog after his surgery, they didn't take my concerns serious, and he ended up having an infection as a result. I called midway and they were able to get me in the same day and had an appt with Dr. Poutous. He went over everything, and what he was going to do his tail to help fix it. I brought my hedgehog, Daisy, here and I have no complaints about her care. Unfortunately she passed away about 2 weeks ago, and the Midway team was kind enough to send me a card with their condolences about her passing. It brought tears to my eyes, and I just wanted to say thank you for caring �
