RecommendedThe staff at Midway are so special and caring. Recently I brought in my pet Silkie Chicken who had been killed by a hawk. They treated us with such tenderness and respect that it really made a difficult moment much easier. Thank you so much!
They were amazing with my chinchilla, Chloe! I have taken her 3 times since I got her in the last year, their prices are definitely reasonable especially for an exotic and I am very grateful they work every time to find out exactly whats wrong, explain everything and answer any questions I may have. All of the staff is extremely knowledgeable. They suggested more testing but definitely weren't pushy and brought an estimate of everything done (and what could potentially be done) before I paid.
We are new clients to Midway and Dr. Poutous, having been at another office for years before switching over. I wish we would have done it sooner! Dr. Poutous and all of his staff are beyond amazing. Everytime I call for something, they always compliment on how adorable my dog Nemo's picture is on his file. Thank you Dr. Starke, Dr. Poutous, and staff for your thorough and compassionate care of our pet rats all the time but especially this past week when our baby Swiss lost a hard fought battle. First time client, I have a green iguana who had an injury and they took AMAZING care of her. I was so anxious, but the staff was amazing and genuinely care about my pet’s well being. I have used another local herp vets before but, they are far more affordable!
I highly recommend Midway Veterinary Hospital. Everyone that works here is very compassionate and really takes the time to treat your animal with exceptional service! My chinchillas life was extended because they worked with us to keep him healthy!
