I write this from the perspective of someone who has too many experiences with vet offices, specifically emergency vet offices due to the nature of a past job. Very compassionate people, from front desk right to the vets
5 stars hands down! All of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about animals including exotics. They are patient and personable. Got our rabbit feeling great again. Prices are decent too!
my chinchilla severly injured her foot and they fit me in last minute on a friday. very thankful since the other two exotic vets could not see me. Had a recheck today and my chinchilla, Nova, will need an emergency amputation, which thankfully the Dr and her staff is willing to be overbooked tomorrow and get it done asap. Thank you for fitting Nova in and helping her, especially with the coronavirus situation making it even more difficult
I LOVE the staff here. Veterinarians are extremely personable and very knowledgeable, it’s hard to find experienced and awesome vets whom specialize in exotics, I know my rabbits are In the best care here and the prices are very reasonable. I also love that they are open past 6pm a few days which allows me to make appointments and not miss work. I live in Newport News and it is totally worth the drive to make sure my babies are in the best care.
Highly recommend! I have brought both of my dogs here, seen different vets based on availability and always been impressed. The front desk staff and vet techs are all amazing, so kind and loving and always explain things well. I’ve been so impressed with the follow up calls we have received. They seem to truly care and it definitely shows!
They worked very hard with me and my breaded dragon Squishy. When it was her time they were very kind in assisting me to send her on her way. We fought a good fight, and they went above and beyond to try everything and we got a couple of great months we wouldn't have had with her thanks to them. Great people and very caring -- highly recommend them.
Great vets for aquatics!! Dr. Stark obviously loves turtles!
