This was the car buying experience you always wish you could have. My sales rep Keanu was awesome. He helped me pick out the right vehicle and worked to get me all the discounts I qualified for. Keanu went out of his way to provide a car buying experience very personalized to my needs. No false advertising here. Had an appointment at 830am to simply program a key fob. ..two hours later it was done and when I got home it was the wrong fob, no automatic start on it. I contact the service department with no response. Frustrating
