Great service great people always treat me like family. Trusted people at Chesrown always a great atmosphere of good people.
They were prompt, courteous and completed the work as requested. The time ran a little over, but was acceptable, mostly due to the customer waiting area on the Cadillac side (the customer waiting area on the Chevrolet side was mostly non-existent). I also had a warranty issue that needed coordination with the Chevrolet representative and they handled the issue and got me a response before I left. Overall, excellent customer service.
The price I paid was not the price on Autotrader… i mentioned to the sales person that the price on the window did not match what I saw on Autotrader… said I would get the internet price. I did no get that price…..

I went in for state inspection only. Came out and told me I needed tires,brake flush,new air and cabin filters, and new windshield wipers. The wipers were needed to pass inspection. When I told them the current wipers were new, I was told they had tears in them due to a chip in the windshield. Told me $43 to replace them. This is 2x the cost. I replaced myself. When doing so noted NO tears in old wipers. They lied! This is unacceptable. When I brought the car back for reinvention, it took an hour to look at just the wipers. ... read more
