Matt Thornton was very helpful ,attentive & overall the best .. Very pleasant attitude. Super nice guy.
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They changed my oil and only rotated the driver side. Told the advisor who went to the back and asked the tech who said he did it. So I took him to the suburban and showed him I marked the tires to prevent this from happening. They both argued and told me it was done even when I showed them proof it wasn’t done. Be aware of what they say they are doing because if they will lie about something as small as this just imagine what else they do.

Matt gave great customer service. I liked the shuttle service that was provided back home and pick up when car was finished.
Always friendly and amazing service. Wait wasnt too long was distracted with the two big screen tv's with some Marxh madness on. They also have free coffee and water and snacks felt right at home
