Refers to Hutchinson store. The service department staff are always friendly and very professional. Cannot say same about McPherson store. The staff keeps always greets me with a smile and keeps me informed. This is a definite plus so I can keep my truck in top working order.

The best car buying experience for me so far was at Midway Motors. This dealership was a three hour drive for us, the staff were aware of that and were extra helpful. Most of our paperwork was prepared in advance; quick and efficient customer service; no hassles on our trade-in; we left very happy!
A very good experience overall. I contacted them via internet and Mike called me the next day. I knew the vehicle I wanted and Mike and Paul Gonzales made sure I purchased the vehicle I wanted. I had given Mike all my information and Saturday when I arrived, he had the vehicle ready to go for a test drive. I test drove it and signed the papers. I was in and out in under 40 minutes. Top notch. Will buy my next vehicle from them again.
I had a good experience at Midway Motors. Kevin came in on his day off to show me a vehicle. He did a nice job of showing me all the features on the equinox without being pushy. When we had trouble with negotiating a price he stuck up for me and tried to get me the best deal.
We visited with Scott by phone and decided to see him in person. He was straightforward with us. We decided to go back to an earlier dealer, which turned out to not be a good trade, so we called Scott back to see if we could still deal with him. It was already 5:00, and we were an hour away, but he said to come back and he would stay late for us and keep his needed staff there as well.
