I was taken right in. After an evaluation the sales dept said it would take at least 4 days to get the part in for my car. They were courteous, gave me a ride home and made sure to contact me with updates. I worked in Customer Service for 30 years and I was refreshingly surprised at getting good customer service !

I love my service advisor Karen. She is so knowledgeable and very sweet. She tells me when I need service and when I can hold off. I trust what she says and will bring my car to the quick lube as long as she’s there. She’s so nice to me and that means a whole lot.

I got my inspection at the quick lube. Did not have to wait very long. Karen was excellent. Real friendly and helpful. Enjoyed talking with her. You need more people like her.
