Please stop callin me your dealership is horrible! Worst experience buying a car in my life 3 years ago! I wasn’t gonna leave a review but you guys keep calling me every other day trying to sell me a car!! Thank you for making empty promises just to get people to buy a car! Worst customer service of any dealer I’ve ever experienced will never never recommend anyone
DO NOT buy from Midway. Even after you tell them over 10 times to stop calling you trying to get trade in your vehicle they continue to harass you. We have gone so far as to ask to take my name and number and remove it from their call list with no luck. When I buy it will NOT from them ever again.
Jorge a Lopez was very good & really happy with the service we got. I went in for an oil change & tire rotation on my car.
Spent several hours negotiating a deal with one of the managers, Edwin, and Mario only to have another manager reject the agreed upon deal and want an additional $2,500...right before we were to go to the buying office. Felt like an old-school car sales trick--been a long time since I had a car buying experience like this. I'd skip this place.
I was panicked about my old car, then to my surprise, the staff were all understanding and worked together to get me into my first brand new car!
These people got me for $300 that i know of!
