Dont take 2 and a half hours to do a oil change when you say it would only be an hour or an hour and half at the very most.
I’ve been back at least for times for a refund on a product I never should have been sold. The service department ignored a service technical bulletin and charged me for brakes at 21k miles and it needs it again at 41k miles.
When I go to any dealership, like most people, i expect a very involved process. The folks here at Midway Chevrolet made it quite easy. I met up with salesman Bill. He was very professional and respectful. His no pressure sales philosophy is a breath of fresh air in an industry full of hardcore salesman. I bought a nicely loaded 2018 Malibu.
