The worst dealership EVER!!!! I was talking to Alex the sales manager for 3 days, had a set appointment about trading in my truck to get theirs and I had told him I was on my way and as soon as we got there they were like I’m sorry it just sold!!!!! They never called and let me know! They are so inconsiderate and didn’t care that we drove over 45 minutes to get there!
Bought my 2017 Malibu there. They will not stand behind the car, I paid $600 to get it repaired and. Now that the problem is back (3 weeks after being fixed) they won't answer my calls.
2 weeks ago I was truck shopping and left my Drivers license with the sales staff at Midway Chevrolet. The next day I called and told Thomas I was coming to get it and he said he’d leave it at reception. When I arrived less than an hour later they told me the overnight cleaning crew had thrown it out. 🤔 No phone call telling me not to bother driving down there and they DO have my number.
