I was very impressed with the staff's dedication to make a deal for myself and my wife under the terms we initially specified on our New Car purchases to help get us out of our Negative Equity vehicles. Ramsey and Aron were great and worked with us for multiple days to get into contracts that we were happy with. The only issue we had was a slight clerical issue on mileage stated on one of the contracts which was quickly rectified with a new, updated contract.
Service was efficient and the service people were very courteous. They found the issue with our truck immediately and rectified in a timely matter. Our quote was $800.00. At Greulich's Automotive in Cave Creek where they had our truck almost all day, they quoted 6K and had added work that was not necessary, mostly because they did not know what they were doing. Highly recommend Midway Chevrolet.
horrible service!! 2 different times they had my truck all day for a quick fix and didn't even work on it. Both times i called to find out if my truck was ready and no one knew how much longer. I went down at 4:30 PM to pick it up and was told they were backed up and weren't able to get to it. They then said they need to keep it overnight when they already had it for 8 hours to do a 30 min job.
QUIT RIPPING OFF COSTOMER'S .
Amazing service! They made sure my vehicle was fixed properly and made sure I had a loaner vehicle that fit my needs.

Everyone was very pleasant and listened to what we had to say. They showed us exactly what we wanted and made the deal happen! Next time we need a vehicle that is where we will be going!! Thanks again!!
