The service dept is great however I received a flyer for a gift card from midway and EVERY TIME I went to redeem it they “claim” the ran out AFTER find out I was not interested in buying a new car! I called the service manager Dave F... ( left my info w/ the receptionist) no response yet...in over a week 😳. So why should a patronize a business when they cannot back up their service/product.

I put my complete trust in the service department to only be taken advantage of. I had to buy this, buy that, and buy this due to the services departments/mechanics error. I called another Chevrolet dealership and found out I paid for more than I needed. I am sad to say I wouldn’t ever trust the service department again.

Friendly service from first meeting buying our Corvette and then our Silverado to the service we get with Jesse in the service department, always friendly helpful and satisfied and cleaned when we pick up our vehicles M&K

While our car buying experience was fine, our service experience since Brad left has been ridiculous and the constant harassment over trading in has become insane. I finally told them I would file harassment charges if it didn't stop, and today when I went in for our last oil change included in our purchase agreement, I was given a quote for 25K to "fix" it. 😂😂😂 Scare tactics aren't going to get me to trade it in, fools. I have a close friend who is a mechanic and know you're full of it. 25k is more than I paid for it in ... read more
