TOTAL RIPOFF!!! STAY AWAY!! SERVICE SCAM!!! Charged a friend $500 TO REPLACE A SET OF LOST KEYS!!! YOU *WILL* BE RIPPED OFF! He had to keep calling to get the salesman (that’s what they are) to even call him back! Spreading the word to all consumers, since place is TOTALLY DISHONEST!!!
I did have a negative experience originally here, but I went in and talked to Dave the owner of this particular location and he turned my experience into a positive one I am now very satisfied with them, they are dealing with my situation promptly and I'm leaving with a brand new 2018 Chevy Camaro. It appears they very much care about their customers and how they feel about the establishment. I am happy to say that my experience has turned around for the better.
Fast friendly courteous service fair price on the car friendly salesman and finance people
Been having issues with my car, after being told by 6 other technicians that “they can’t access the battery” (located in the trunk). I brought it here to Midway. It was a Saturday and got here before they opened hoping to save some time but that seemed to be everyone thought process, I was a little discouraged when I saw the number of cars in front of me.
