Midway Chevy is terrible. They hired women to do practically anything for you to buy a car there. There service is shitty and very shady. I'd go somewhere else.
They stand by their product; the way a company should. I called in to the dealership because I got a flat and my trunk was empty. I left a unfavorable review because the person who spoke with me on the phone blew me off. Didn’t ask my name, what kind of car I had, etc. come to find out my car didn’t come from the manufacture with a spare. But I was immediately contacted by Midway and within 48 hours they had someone deliver a spare, jack, and tools to my house. And I live about an hour from the dealership. The people at Midway Chevrolet gave excellent service. Ramsey the car dealer was very patient and kind. He listened to what my wife and I were looking for in a vehicle. And helped us get a car within our budget. The guy in financing was also very nice and informative. (Sorry I can’t remember his name.) but, he gave me a lot of good information on GAP insurance and how important it is to have it. This dealership went above and beyond my expectations! I knew what I wanted and they showed me a variety of colors and trims. Asking what I like and what I don’t like. I’m a very picky person. And when it came down to pricing. They went beyond to meet my range of what I want to pay. And we’re able to pull it off! Sales and customer service were very friendly, asking me if I want food or water. Answering any questions, even if there dumb or not. I give them a rate of 5 stars.

it was very nice to do business with Midway they did awesome job servicing us we walked out with a brand new Malibu Alex the finance was really awesome, too. Thank you for everything you guys and gals did for us
