It took 3 weeks for them to fix a leak in my bathroom and it ruined $800 worth of my things. I could not use my toilet for 3 weeks and was still charged a normal rent for that month and was not reimbursed for anything. Probably the worst management company that exists. Also Sandra and Tania are extremely rude and unprofessional.
I do not recommend this company, they own half of “Samari lakes Condominium” and they never helped me maintain my apartment. They don’t take care of their appliances or remodeled into new appliances, refrigerators are old and leaking, doors form bathroom are broken chipped and old. Cabinets are also old and some are broken so watch out!
