Dr. Rochelle should be released from this establishment. She is rude and not concerned with the health of your child. She is extremely dismissive of your concerns pertaining to the health of your child. She over talks her patients and seems every thing as”normal”. When I voiced that I would like a referral for my child , she told me that I will just have to pay out of pocket to see that type of doctor and refused to submit a referral, despite my concerns! You can’t and won’t get anyone to answer the phone for anything. Sure the doctors are great but, good luck if you are needing one of them... We have had this problem for MONTHS.
RecommendedLast week we brought our 9 year old grandson to the ER. He had swallowed a large piece of wire from his braces. This was our first trip and we were extremely impressed! We were in and out in less than an hour and a half. In that time we had been triaged, placed in a room, seen by a nurse, CRNP and a physician, as well as, having an abdominal x-ray. GREAT JOB!!!

RecommendedThey saved my son's life they told me everything even the bad they let me ask anything and even to this day are still a call away my son had a heart transplant here he been doing well im so happy with this hospital and they have some of the most amazing people working here so kind and helpful I can't thank them enough
RecommendedI've had a lot of family members use children's we love them especially when my brother was hit by a truck in 2001 he was airlifted to children's hospital he was put on the sicu floor and he was very critical he didn't make it but we received so much love and support from all of the doctors and nurses who took care of him. Even a year after he died they sent us papers on grief and a few nurses kept in touch with my mom.. So thank you children's of alabama for being an amazing hospital and loving even the patients family.
