I was treated 2x/week for 7 weeks for a knee injury. I received exceptional care from Kyle (P.T.), Kristen (massage therapy), Christine (FCE), Dr. Gridley (chiropractor), Dr. Sanchez (primary care), as well as Daniel and Janette (office staff). I was seen promptly at appointment times and I was always treated professionally and with respect. A+++
This place is very unprofessional specially Medical Assistant Anilu Rivera she walked 2 times into the room to stop/ interrupt the Doctor from treating my husband , who had an eye injury metal ) Thank God the Doctor continue to care for my husband .. it was all a misunderstanding . this staff does not have any costumer service skills whatsoever ! There Rude and unprofessional and have no compasión for there patients .
I went into Midtown Occupational Health Services for a new hire saliva test, and Vanessa P. was efficient, courteous, and professional. I would 100% recommend this place to employers. Thank you, Vanessa P.!
