My appointment started at the scheduled time (a rarity in Miami!) and the hygienist was thorough yet gentle as always. Dr. Nelson identified the cause of my tooth pain, explained it in an understandable manner, and created a treatment plan that I was easily able to schedule while still in the office. While various add-on services and treatments are always presented for purchase during appointments, I appreciate the ability to decline and not feel a "hard-sell" of the office trying to sell me things I do not need.
