I’ve lived in three different apartment complexes in various parts of NC and the management at Midtown is by far the best! The only reason I’m leaving is because I am relocating. Carrie and Josh are EXCELLENT and very quick to help with whatever I need. My one bedroom apartment was small and simple, but nice. The complex is safe and the pool and gym area are also very nice and well maintained. I would definitely recommend Midtown to anyone moving to Raleigh who wants a simple, affordable apartment with AWESOME management.
I love love the front office staff! They are the best. And not to mention the maintenance is very quick. I really enjoy the complex! I will recommend my clients and friends to Midtowne!
I've lived in a few complexes around Raleigh and this is by far the best one yet. The staff is really nice and they are very quick about responding to any concerns you may have.
This apartment complex is the best I have ever lived in! The maintenance is quick, the office staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and the complex grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Another plus... the price for its great location in the up and coming North Hills, Raleigh area is outstanding!
I've been in Raleigh for a little more than two years now. Sharing a story: I tried to unlock the door from the outside but the security lock was on. I couldn't get in! I called the office panicking (but not wanting to leave so I could catch whoever was there. I work hard for my stuff!).
