We were trying to move to Miami but due to Midtown 29 horrible customer service not only did we not move here but they charged us $675 for application fees after we paid everything upfront. Because we refused to pay this amount and we have proof of payment from the previous transaction they sent us to collections! The worst apartment experience I have ever been apart of. Save your money and go somewhere else
The residence is in a decent location but the roads near it were blocked off for construction and when I finally did get inside there was a weird odor. I encountered a security guard and maintenance worker while delivering items to someone at this location. I originally asked if they had a cart to help being these items up. The guard demanded to see my ID and I explained that I lost my ID a few days prior and I'm waiting on a duplicate.
