This is the second tooth that I have had implanted by Dr Louis. I like and trust his work so much that I have brought my Dad in to restore his ability to eat comfortably.
A professional office. Effective, efficient, timely and immaculate. I had a cleaning and attention to 2 problem areas for which 2 follow up appointments have been scheduled after appropriate discussion of options regarding what procedures were required.
Dr Louis and his staff made me feel incredibly comfortable. I felt as though they answered all my questions before I had them.
Last year, Dr. Louis did an excellent job with a complicated implant. Once the implant had healed, another dentist put on the crown. The crown has since failed on three separate occasions, and I was afraid that nothing could be done to salvage this expensive procedure. However, Dr. Louis was able to save the day by reattaching the crown in another way.
I thought the bill was high for dealing with ten teeth. GST
Fast and detail oriented
Dr.Louis and staff go out of their way to make you feel more comfortable with the procedure. Use of humor--even dry humor goes a long way in relaxing the patient. You may hear and smell things, but there is no real pain during the process.
I have undergone many, many dental procedures in my life. I dread the thought of them more as every year passes. I think my pain tolerance isn't what it used to be. Dr. Louis and his staff have dispelled my fears. My procedure, which included an extraction, was the most pain free dental visit in memory.
