There was almost no pain and very little discomfort both during the procedure and in the days following. I was, and still am, amazed at the ability of a post to be implanted in bone that was 'grown' from an implant of cow bone six months earlier. This procedure gives me the opportunity to have a 'new tooth' long after my youth and to have a smile that is complete.
The entire procedure was painless. Very pleasant staff as well.
Very polite staff and very hands on to making the "dentist" experience as painless as possible. Very thorough with every procedure and detailed oriented! It's professionalism at its best with a good sense of humor, so it's not so dry and serious of an experience!

I really appreciated that Dr. Louis took the time for the topical to really work before giving the novacaine injections. I've had many injections in the roof and gums, none of which were ever pain-free, like the ones I had last week. It's another example of the extreme care and attention to detail that Dr. Louis dedicates to his patients.
Dr. Louis and his staff are the best!! They are very knowledgeable about all procedures and comforting from the very start. They take time to explain everything to you so you understand what needs to be done. I have been going to him when he first started his practice. Dr. Louis and his staff are of the highest quality when it comes to providing service and genuine caring. I cannot say enough about the wonderful care I am receiving. Dr. Louis has developed a plan for me that will address my problems and help me have better oral health in the future! I am so grateful!
As always the visit was as good as a visit to the dentist can be. They were on time, minimized any discomfort, very professional and thorough.
