This was my first visit with Dr. Louis; it lived up to all the recommendations that I've received. The staff exhibits the same care and attention to detail that is part of Dr. Louis's work ethics.
Dr Louis and his staff are always professional. They make a DDS visit inviting pleasant.
As always as pleasant an experience as one could expect given the circumstances. Dr. Louis takes the time to explain procedures and rationale for them. His staff is professional and caring. Every effort is made to make sure you are as comfortable as possible.
Procedure went as described and expected. Look forward to finishing the work in 24 weeks.
We are so lucky to have a DMD of Dr. Louis' caliber so close to home. His office is absolutely spotless - his staff is extremely courteous and friendly, and he explains your procedure before beginning any work. His equipment is very up-to-date and you can see the pride and patience he takes in handling difficult cases. I really admire the exceptional precision he exhibited when handling my work. This is truly a professional office in every way. And would I recommend him to others, - yes, yes and yes!
I called the office on Monday with infection in my gums and Beverly was so wonderful to me. She scheduled me an appointment for Tuesday. My experience was wonderful from beginning to the end of the appointment. The staff is welcoming and puts you at ease. Dr. Louis is gentle, thorough and caring, which is so important to me! He is a professional in every way! I know I am finally in good hands!

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my periodontal work and I've had my fair share of treatments from at least 3 different offices.
