Great office staff. Dr. Louis very knowledgeable and personable. My second experience with the practice. I have recommended Dr. Louis to friends.
The staff is friendly and courteous without being unctuous. Most of all everyone is highly professional and clearly dedicated to the well being of the patient. My experience with bone placement could not have been less uncomfortable than it was, and that was very minimal. I had no pain while the surgery was in progress and have not had any but minor discomfort in the just under 24 hours since I have returned home. Dr. Louis and his staff are excellent practitioners. The staff are friendly and do their best to welcome patients, answer questions, calm nervous folks. Dr. Louis was very gentle, answered all my questions and explained fully all the aspects of the treatment he proposed. This was my first experience with periodontal work. I am thus far very satisfied with my care and would not go to any one else should I need future treatment.
First of two step procedure to graft skin onto gum. Appreciated Dr. Louis' telephone call later in the day to check on me.
All the staff were friendly and the procedure was done efficiently. It was said three hours and it was done then. Ahead of time I knew what to expect and how to take care of my mouth afterwards.

I would highly recommend Dr. Louis for all periodontal work. I have been to his office 4 times for gum surgery.
