An amazing staff, I spent most of my time in the garage with Sloan while he was changing my oil and he answered all of my questions. They were so nice and honest. No trying to take advantage and say there was more wrong with my car. He was honest and said something was wrong with my ABS (which the light was on for) and showed me what was wrong. Seriously recommend Midas from now on. A wonderful experience!! thank you midas!!!

I hightly recommend Midas Muffler in Muncie. I had a great experience for the first time being there. The staff is very friendly and caring towards their customers. As I drove off of the lot, I heard a dragging noise. I went back, Mike took it for a drive and went back and fixed the problem and had me on my way home in no time. Thank you so much. I'll be back. Keep up the good service!

I just came in to get some stuff fixed on my car and the staff was wonderful and helped me so much! Kelly in the main area is very friendly and so helpful! He even talked with my dad on the phone about what was going on and pricing since he knows about cars and I don't know what i'm doing, which I appreciated so much. I can't say enough nice things about this place, highly recommended!

Years ago I did not have a good experience here. I met Mike and decided to give it another try. What a wonderful experience. It’s a friendly atmosphere and you’re not sitting in silence if you don’t want to, my mechanic introduced himself to me and the oil change was fast too! I spoke to another patron while waiting and he said this was the norm. I will visit again for my future oil changes. They won me over!

I absolutely enjoyed my service today. Kyle and mike went above and beyond. They treated me more like a friend than a customer. Changed my oil and spark plugs as requested but also made sure to let me know what else i needed fixed and got it done at a reasonable price so my car would be reliable for me and my kids.
