Worst Vet – I took my 3 month old puppy to Dr. Pitt for some shots and ear infection, he sold me Gentizol- a very strong cream that is known to cause deafness and is only prescribed to adult dogs. My pet does not mind any other eardrops but she screamed when I put it in! The Vet alsow kept argueing with me over feeding my dog the Raw diet. I know that people are intiteled to their oppinions, but I would expect that a veterinarian would do some research on the subject beforehand and argue with solid facts instead of trying to... read more
AS A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER I WAS VERY IMPRESSED! GREAT STAFF, VERY CARING VET. HIGHLY RECOMMEND – explained my pets condition in simple English. Vet prices are high, but this hospital had very reasonable prices. When I asked they quickly gave me a written estimate. first vet my dog really seemed to like. highly recommend this vet!!!
OUR DOG ROCKY NEEDED A KNEE SURGERY AND MID VALLEY WAS INCREDIBLE!!! – Rocky tore his knee ligament ACL and we checked several vets. Dr. Pitt was the only vet who took the time to explain the problem and what needed to be done. the cost was expensive but much cheaper than the other vets I checked out. Incredible, Rocky was walking almost normally in 2 weeks. follow ups were at no cost. I wouldnt use any other vet!! and as dog lovers we are extra picky.
Rude - Money Hungry - Arrogant Doctor – I unfortunately took my dog to Mid Valley Veterinary Clinic. I was appauled by Dr. Pitt, who came waltzing into the exam room, wanted to talk about himself, not my pet, and charge me lots of money. He also was impressed by my girlfriend, who he kept flirting with. The tone was let's charge lots of money, flirt, and then think about my pet. A definite stay away....
my dog loves going to Mid Valley Vet Hospital – Have been taking my pets to Mid Valley for 4 yrs. The staff is friendly, kind, caring and very cool. I love Claudia who is a receptionist. the doctors are always caring and give me options when my animals are sick. its unusual for me to wait for more than 15mins and the hospital is clean and warm. best vet i have ever used in the valley. hope this helps people choose a good vet.
Best vet! – Dr. Pitt is the best! After my dog completely dislocated her foot, he was able to put everything back and splint it together. Saved her from having surgery. Fees are reasonable!
BEST VET IN THE VALLEY – After several "not so great" experiences with other Veterinarians, we have finally found a Doctor and staff that actually care about our pets. The office - clean and simple. The staff - polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The Dr. - Amazing, caring and thorough. The prices - fair. Very comforting to have the vet call and give an update on what was going on with our little ones. ABSOLUTE BEST VET IN THE VALLEY – what can i say. they are sweet, gentle, and caring. my dogs wag their tails when we enter the parking lot. prices are very fair.
Best Vet in the Valley – Dr Pitt and staff do a wonderful joband really care about us and our animals. Our dogs are actually excited when we get there. Highly recommend Mid Valley Vet and Dr Pitt
