Excellent Hospital!!! Best in Breed. Using them for 7 years – Helpful. Never rude or in a hurray. Always there for me when I have a pet emergency. Have been living in the area for years, and the entire neighborhood loves the facility. Best Vet in the valley!! The prices are very reasonable considering that vet medicine is very expensive. Unnecessary blook work – My first impression was good over the phone, speaking with a girl named Felicia. The next day i was able to get same day service but the girl Claudia was not rude but definetly not polite on the phone, but was rude when i got there. I assume the rude girls working the desk were 1 or both of the ones i talked to on the phone. They didn't introduce themselves, shuffled me into a room for a few minutes before weighing my dogs . Best Vet in the San Fernando Valley!! World Class Vets. – I have been utilizing Mid Valley Veterinary Hospital for 2 years now. I have brought pets in for simple vaccines and serious injuries involving broken bones. They have always fixed my dogs up. Caring, easy going and the front office staff is SECOND TO NONE>>> i usually see Dr. Pitt who is wonderful and easy to speak with and understand. Best Vet In the Valley!! – I have been bringing my pets to Mid Valley Veterinary Hospital for over 5 years. I have never had any problems or issues with any employee or doctor. I usually only bring my pets in for routine vaccines or skin allergies, but when my lab Sam broke a bone last year Mid Valley was there to place a plate over the break and shes doing great. Best Vet In Los Angeles!!! World Class!! – I have been a patient of Dr. Pitts and Mid Valley Veterinary Hospital for over 5 years. All I can say to describe this vet is World Class! They have never overcharged me or done non-needed tests. They are caring and I always receive a prompt call back when I call the clinic. They have extended hours and open 7 days a weeks which helps me since I work on the west side and often don't get home until 7pm. WORST experience of our lives – I regret even stepping to this office. It's taking me almost two years before I could even talk about it. I went to Mid Valley in Saticoy last August 2, 2008 when my dog Betsy was throwing up, no appetite and seemed lethargic. They did blood work on her which showed elevated Amylase and Enzyme. Xray showed abnormality in her pancreas. Still they did a biopsy the next day to find out for sure. Biopsy result indicated necroting pancreas. GREAT PLACE GREAT DOCTORS, MY DOG IS DOING GREAT TPLO Surg. – My Great Dane Roxie Loves to run play and chase squirrels all day. She eventually started to limp at the age of 3. Mid Valley Vet is great for dog TPLO surgery in Simi Valley – I was qouted $4500 by a West LA vet for doing a TPLO knee surgery on my dog. Mid VAlley Vet Hospital did the surgery for much less. They were very reasonable priced for my dogs TPLO surgery. Highly recommend Mid Valley Vet Hospital if you live in Simi Valley and need a TPLO orthopedic knee surgery for your dog
