Attempted to set up an appointment for an ESTIMATE (only) on vinyl siding, however, they insisted I have my husband be in attendance. This is ridiculous, I'm a retired SVP from ***************. I own this home (and another one) along with my husband and I am FULLY capable of having an estimate done without my spouse in attendance. This is NOT the 1960's and I don't care if this is their policy. I will NOT be doing business with them.
Business strives to get product right first time. Always look forward to having work done by this company. The crew is ready to work given most difficult circumstances. The business is pretty large but they communicate well.
For the customer service that we have received from last July of 2019 to today 07/20/2020 has been revolting to say the least. Last spring of 2019 we had new siding installed on our home, along with a new entry door. The Entry Door was left uncompleted, and by uncompleted I mean, Lenny or Kenny literally took the existing door out of the frame and placed the new door in. Clearly guilty of deceptive trade practices. Advertises no down payment and no interest until 2022. Salesman states the company doesn't do that anymore. After contract signed, ads on TV state no down payment and nothing due until 2022. A clear violation of the law.
