Don’t use this company they don’t return your calls and they don’t do a good job. My husband and I have been paying a year for the facia and soffit that we had them installed, this is our biggest regret yet. From the beginning it has been a nightmare. The first installers we had did a horrible job and we had to tell them to leave our property. The company had to get us some other workers to come redo their mess. They left a flier in my mailbox about siding replacement for my home. I just happened to looking into it at the time. I called them out to give me a bid. I considered the bid for a few days and decided on going with a different company. After me telling this several times they continue to call me daily. This has been going on or 3 weeks.

Donâ??t waste your time!!! My husband and I waited over an hourâ?¦ for first appointment snd no one ever showed. I called and asked to speak with a manager and would not speak with me. I think we dodged a bullet and will not do business with company that canâ??t keep appointments. Very disappointed!
WARNING!!!!! As a customer I wish I could say I was happy with your company but I'm not. Once we signed on the dotted line the communication ended with the exception of picking an installation date. From then on, the experience with this company has been horrible. No return phone calls or emails or text. Crickets!!!! The only person I hear from is the finance department and that's because they want our money. The salesperson was so nice. DISGUSTING company. Treats employees like crap. They talk down to all employees. They blatantly take out any information having to do with pricing in their "installation packets " so that installers don't know how much we actually make versus what we pay them. Nepotism at full force, one whisper of gossip from HR person ( the owners daughter) and you're gone. Zero job security ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. It's never anyone else's fault or it's " not their job". When employees are let go they are generally disgruntled and that leads to reviews such as this. Typically they are let go for certain reasons and I can say that it appears we made the right choice in parting ways with this person. We are a good company that has been in business for over 35 years and have happy employees and customers alike.
Horrible, horrible company, they don't fulfill contracts, they have no quality control, installers are unprofessional, customer service is crap, and months and months pass with no one ever making sure that things are taken care of. RUN LIKE **** FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!
Worst company ever! Communication is a failure. Windows are made poorly. Contractors are not on time and install merchandise so quickly it becomes damaged. Good luck, on anyone repairing or replacing the merchandise you receive damaged or damaged during install. Storm door, front door and front door lock not installed properly. Storm door scrapes open and shut. The white paint is gone and the silver metal is showing. Can't lock and unlock the front door from the outside. this company promises many great thing but they do not deliver on those promises. first off the at the beginning of this terrible journey I had a family emergency. they harassed me daily to get going. Woodbridge has the worst customer service. Someone came out to evaluate our windows A YEAR ago and said they would be back in 3 month to replace. The last 6 months they claim to have ordered everything but it was lost in transit. This is every time I call. They won't put a manager on the phone, they always say they are looking into it and will call back.
