I bought some windows from this company in June 2021, they didn't great job my problem is they said if you need a window repaired no matter what they will repair it at no cost to me, my window was broke the window I called Woodbridge to get it repaired in August 2022, I call them every few weeks and they are giving me the round a round. I have and lefted messages. I've talked to different people and I never get an answer when they are coming to repair the window.

Several attempts of recorded calls and call log asking to speak with mgmt regarding the promises made at time of sale. No one from Sales or Mgmt has communicated to date. Windows ordered in Feb-March. Really poor and unacceptable service from what was told to be a reputable company. Window was installed with exposed rubber sealing, though was told all windows inspected and the reason for the lengthy lead-time. 2 screens delivered with large holes. I have to be honest (Amarillo Office). I am enraged with how they handle business. My windows were finally installed March 5th 2022. One window has a big scratch and the bathroom window has glue buildup. They said they were going to replace. They tried several times to make me sign a completion letter before replacing. On the letter it's states twice to not sign unless the job was completed and I was completely satisfied. Well neither to both, but they still said I should sign. Haven't heard a word from them. I am/was Impressed and Satisfied with the business and workers of Woodbridge. They replaced All of my 1982 windows in a timely and professional manner. The sales representative included some excellent incentives, which allowed this Veteran of the U.S. Army/Military, as well as a Disabled Veteran/Senior Citizen to SAVE MONEY!!! And improved the appearance of my and my wife home. We are Satisfied and Happy. I highly RECOMMEND this company and their Employees.

We had a bathroom model done of removing existing tub and ceramic tile surround and replaced with shower with glass doors. We found the price to be over-inflated, the quality of the materials was substandard and they installed the incorrect shower doors and lied and said they were an upgrade, when they were clearly very flimsy and looked like 1960s retro tub doors! Do not use Woodbridge or the finance company associated Aqua Finance Inc. impossible to work with. I have tried since July to work out arrangements on windows purchased and it has been a total night mare

Woodbridge Home Exteriors is a joke we order a custom made Front door when they came to install it, it was the wrong size but they went ahead and tore out our original door before they examined the new door to see if it was what we ordered so then we had to have it installed because they destroyed our original door it took them 7 Months are longer to get this door installed we had also told them we wanted our storm door put back on but of coarse now it won't fit because the door they made was bigger so charged us for buildin... read more

I normally don't write reviews, but since I am still waiting for my project to be completed since signing the contract in May 2021, with no response from the project manager or warehouse manager, I have left serval text and phone messages, with no reply. I thought I would try this approach to see if I can have some issues addressed with the window installation and to see if they can ever complete the project with my storm door. The best part was the installer. He showed me how to properly lock my windows because "it's not a safe world". Felt good to be taken care of.
