Very bad communication on their part. Told someone would be out the next day to remeasure and crickets. Text the sales guy and he said they were behind. Called several days later and once again...crickets. Text again, again ignored. Called again, got someone who took a message and a few days later we had to call back. Finally got an answer. Financing wasn't available for what we wanted but no other options were given. Finally Facebook messaged to let them know what was going on and was told "we at least owe you an apology." ... read more

A great experience from start to end! The office was polite and respectful when making the appointment and even called to remind me of it. The sale rep was very informative and low pressure. The installation experience was wonderful too - they were great to keep me in the loop and communicated well. The installers were friendly and did an amazing job, when they left my home looked so much better. It is easy to see why this company has been in business for 30 years!

This company has contacted me since first making an appointment with them 14 days at least 7 times to confirm my appointment Thursday October 3rd 2019 and after getting a text this morning from Shanitqa ********* to please call her to confirm the appointment.
