The company does great work once you get someone out there and on the phone. I had trouble in the beginning with paying my initial 1/3 they want as a deposit. I sent a check with the rep and then had additional 1/3 taken out. Luckily it didn't overdraft my account just annoying. Then was told someone would come out and that person no showed. From the initial contact for an estimate to the completion of work everyone we talk to were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The work on the siding was started and completed as scheduled. We like to say thank you for the crew that did the installment and Mr. Wilson who was always easy to contact for any questions we needed answered. Also thanks to everyone else we talk. Our house looks wonderful and we are very happy.
Windows are great. Had a few issues with installation and some trouble getting someone back out to fix problems.
We love the work Woodbridge Home Solutions did with our window and door instillation. Justin came out to help us place our order for the windows and doors. He was very accurate and made sure we understood what the process would be like. Oscar came out with another to install the windows and doors. They both worked all day and were very detailed. Oscar did extra touch ups to make sure the windows looked perfect. Oscar explained how the windows and doors worked. We are very satisfied with the Woodbridge Home Solutions.
The installation was done very well and all of the trim fits and looks awesome and they cleaned up afterwards. I had windows installed a few years earlier and they did an excellent job and the windows look great and help with my heating and cooling bills! I will recommend Woodbridge!
Quick to sell you windows but very very very slow on honoring their warranty. Rep came sold me a bay window. I have purchased other windows for my house in the past. I love the windows. I showed problem with the front glass door. It was documented and photographed. Then window measure guy, Jeremy, got measurements for bay window. We live in ******, Ks. Woodbridge has installed siding on our soffits & trim. We have purchased numerous windows from them. The windows are top notch. By top notch, we mean low maintenance, easy to clean, strong & sturdy & well insulated . Shayne M**** has been our representative for the purchases and we would request him again! He's friendly, knowledgeable, fair & easy to work with. The service and workmanship by Woodbridge is excellent! ***** & ***** *******
Very impressed with Hillary, gave a great demonstration on Woodbridge windows. She is a delight to be around. I purchased windows and storm doors for my house. Have recommended their windows to my friends. Haven't got them installed yet.
Great windows installed on schedule. Cleanup and trim work was immaculate. 2nd house Woodbridge has done for me and have been impressed both times.
