I would NOT recommend getting eyeglasses here! The glasses were very expensive and unwearable! I returned them & reordered just reading glasses. It has been 3 months to get glasses & when I called to see if they were in, they said we called you a long time ago. It turns out, they called the wrong number! Frustrating…..
I had a full cataract work up. Scheduled for both eyes, agreed to all the upgrades. First appointment they applied plugs etc... accepted insurance payment of $326 for $1129 of services. I had to pay for deductible. twice rescheduled my surgery for lack of surgical staff. I cancelled and saw Dr in Michigan. I only needed one eye done. And because I was a former lasik surgery recipient, not eligible for ANY of the upgrades. Feel totally taken advantage of and happy as heck they didnt have staff to schedule.
