This is the husband of one of your patients, the rudeness of the surgical staff, they don't address the husbands requests. The staff doesn't address the husbands requests, especially after she has been put on oxycodone. I asked if she could be transferred to EMMC Thursday morning before she was admitted to the hospital. Now here it is Saturday, we are still fighting to get her transferred there. I would like to know who to talk to to get this fixed. She refuse's to have any surgery down there, especially since they said she ... read more

This is such a poor quality hospital. They lie to the patient and her husband, just to get him to go home, so they can do what they want. They don't give anyone any information about anything. They are very rude. Outdated technology and they think they are the best around. They don't care what is best for the patient, especially if they live two hours away and want to be closer to home. They are a bunch of lairs, saying that something is not necessary, then they change their minds any say they are going to do that anyway. ca... read more

I'm in this hospital now Thursday morning after I was put on oxycodone my husband drove two hours down here to make sure I was being treated and being safe her requested for me to be transferred to EMMC, and he was ignored, treated very rudely, because I was not capable of making decisions for my self. he was promised that I would be transferred Friday or Saturday. I still have not been transferred and we are not sure where I am going to be transferred. He was told there was going to be no surgery, so he went home to get thi... read more

This is honestly the worst hospital I've ever been to. I'd rather drive to Portland for any thing from a physical to my pregnant girlfriend's appointments. You guys ALL have horrible patient skills, you're impatient, your nose is stuffed up in the air, and you let people sit in the ER for 3-5 hours with no word on anything, among a list of other things. I will never have a good thing to say about anything that goes on here.

Great nursing staff in maternity unit and OBGYN team of doctors! Dr. Groh's, Nurse Hannah and others were all wonderful to me and my partner through our stay for delivery of our son. The kitchen staff was so kind and friendly when delivering food to me as a patient. They all respected our privacy and our "plan" during our stay. They are progressive and listen to you through your surveys in making it better for the future. It is a learning environment for medical students and nurses, which is important for all of our futures ... read more

Took my 3 year old daughter Katrina yesterday because she was suffering dehydration after 5 days of gastroenteritis. They gave her a melt-in-your-mouth pill to combat her nausea instead of automatically putting her through the ordeal of an IV, making it possible for her to drink small amounts liquid, which I am so grateful for. Also, the attending nurse Phyllis was so nice and patient with my daughter, who was understandably grumpy and restless. Towards the end, she even gave Katrina a stuffed animal and hair tie covered in ... read more
