I've rarely encountered such unpleasant and unprofessional staff. The woman at the front desk has mastered the art of looking like she is stabbing you with daggers with her eyes whilst offering as little help as possible. After waiting an hour I inquired about rescheduling, again no apology and a flat expressionless (unless you count the clear look of boredom) tone informing me the next appointment wasn't until mid September. My 1st appointment I sat in the waiting room for an hour & a half. My 2nd appointment I sat in the waiting room for an hour. I've been sitting in the exam room for almost a half an hour, & still haven't been seen by the Dr. I spend less time waiting at a military treatment facility to see a Dr than I do here.
I am going here due to an issue with my face. I have called several times to get the prescription changed because I am military and can't get it on base. THEY STILL HAVEN'T CHANGED IT OR CALLED ME BACK!!? I will be calling TriCare and filing a complaint against these people! I'm a patient! You don't have the right to ignore me! Because of this I am forced to take my 18 month old in with me to or to get this BS resolved! DON'T GO HERE!! They are inconsiderate jerks who don't care about their patients!
Dr Gross attempted 3 times to fix my problem but was not successful. Will now be going to The Pariser Group.
Treatment in June 2014. Getting a bill from a lab in Mar 2015. Never got notification of biopsy. Called and went back in to resolve no response. Not sure why you would use a lab that isn't part of my 2 insurances. Just confirms that medicine is just a business.
If you want an amazing dermatologist I recommend Dr Gross he is the of the best!!!
