RecommendedWhat a caring practice! From the promptness with getting an appointment to the level of care while being seen by first the MA then the doctor was fantastic. Dr Gross was reassuring and very proactive about helping me. I will recommend them to everyone in need of a knowledgeable Dermatologist. Also his staff was very accommodating. The MA took the time to ensure I had no questions after my visit and the office staff were very friendly!
Dr. Gross is very attentive to his patients and takes his time to address all of your concerns.
Lindsay Reck is amazing. She is very knowledgeable about acne and skin cancer. She is always on time and respects my time. She takes time to hear what I am concerned about and has amazing bedside manner. I highly recommend Ms. Reck.
As I look at all the negativity that has been posted on these reviews, I cannot help but think, are you talking about the same place that I absolutely love, and is the only practice that I will go to to take care of my dermatology needs. I have never waited any longer than 20 minutes to be seen, I've always been treated with the upmost respect and care. Thank you so very much Miss Janel and your entire staff for changing my life.
Was prescribed Medication that is $120+, So when I called to tell them I couldn’t afford that, and just wanted the cyst lanced (like I asked for the first time) they said they can’t schedule “procedures” past 2:00pm..... so now I’m stuck with a VERY painful Cyst on my face, and nobody to help me..... and it always takes FOREVER to be seen there..
First appointment....Have been here an hour now. I should have looked at the reviews and the time waited by others before I scheduled an appointment. Asked the receptionist to turn the tv station to anything but CNN....she said, "The Dr. likes it on that channel."

They are the best. I had a wicked case of poison ivy with a level 4 secondary reaction and acute cellulitis. They were the second providers to get involved, and they got it under control quickly!!
Dr. Gross and his team at Mid Atlantic Dermatology have changed my life by knowing about and educating me on the newest and best treatments. They take time at each visit to understand how the treatments are working and to see if we need to modify the treatment plan. They have a wonderful "bedside manner" and take the extra few minutes to get to know you.
